Julie’s Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs three times weekly, for five weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing sports drills, military-style activities, and toning exercises in a multi-level, creative, and challenging format.
Will there be yelling?
Julie only yells motivating, positive affirmations, and encouragement. Her aim is to keep you focused on the task at hand. She doesn’t use harassment or negativity. Only positive attitudes allowed here!
What do I need to do to get started?
You’ll need a mat, a towel, a pair of dumbbells (5 lb. Beginner, 8 lb. Intermediate or advanced), a water bottle, your food diary, running or cross-training shoes, loose, comfortable clothing, and sunscreen in the summer.
Haven’t worked out in months or years?
Don’t worry. Julie’s Boot Camp is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
Too busy?
We all live busy lives. With morning sessions, you can easily work the classes into your busy schedule. And, the extra energy you’ll begin to feel will help you be more productive throughout the rest of your daily activities.
Motivation: The Key to Your Success
Motivation is a major key to your success. Our course is continuously being developed to keep motivation levels high. No two workouts will ever be the same! This is this a mark of a well-designed program, and it prevents the boredom that many people experience after committing to a long-term fitness regimen. Each person at Julie’s Boot Camp starts and finishes together. This bonds individuals into a group, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program.
Measuring Results
Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the program to gauge each person’s strength and endurance improvements. Classes meet three times a week, and in addition to the workouts, include initial body fat assessment, nutritional counseling and accountability, and ongoing communication with Julie.
What about the weather?
During inclement weather – too hot, too cold, raining, etc. – we will conduct activities indoors at our training locations unless otherwise notified.
Julie’s Boot Camp workouts expand your fitness horizons with interval training, group challenges, kickboxing, dumbbell exercises, plyometrics, jumping rope, playground activities, and many versions of the standard push-up and sit up, squats, and lunges.

Personal training sessions cost $40-$100 each. Twelve sessions would cost between $480-1200. Julie’s Boot Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. You get the best of both worlds, at a fraction of the cost!
