"I am so glad that I decided to sign up for Julie's boot camp!  I was unsure

at first; early mornings, money from my bank, will I really be dedicated? 

The experience was very much worth the money!  Once we got started, my

dedication was not an issue because I received daily emails from Julie and

all of the girls held each other accountable! Not to mention, the results I

was seeing had me so excited and motivated to do more!  I signed up for the

5 week bootcamp and I lost 8 pounds by the end of it.  I immediately signed

the boot camp!  Although it was sometimes hard to get up early, since I am not a morning person, after I got to camp and through the workout, I felt so invigorated!  The feeling was so strong and refreshing, it was definitely worth it and even inspired me to start my days earlier!  Mornings are actualling!  Don't get me wrong, the work out was a challenge, and there were times that I just wanted to stop since it it burned and hurt so bad - but in reality it hurt so good!  The results you don't realize you have achieved until the end, are such an accomplishment.  Bottom line, I loved it so much and really benefited not just from a physical body perspective, but mentally it is positive and healthy.  And, I definitely want to remain on your mailing list so I can attend the next camp you offer.  I'd like to make this a habit as long as I can!  To me it was a life changing experience.  Thanks teacher and best of all, a warm and caring individual -- it shines through your personality!  Thanks again!"- Debbie C.
