*For those desiring weight loss, keeping a daily food log will be required. Participants will also be encouraged to eat a balanced, safe, healthy diet, conducive to weight loss, or their personal goals. However, no specific diet will be promoted. Participants will be held accountable for their food logs, exercise on other days of the week they are not in boot camp, and encouraged to be responsible with both their eating and exercise during the entire three weeks.
*The program is designed to jump-start your current program, or motivate you on to a complete lifestyle change. Personal training sessions or additional boot camps are available to those wanting to continue on with a personalized program.
*Exercise history/health questionnaire and releases/disclosure forms to be completed by participant prior to first session.
*After weeks of challenging your body, and reaching your goals, we hope you are motivated to continue to exercise and eat right, and continue down the new path of health!
ADDED VALUE AND BENEFIT:
All participants will be tested and evaluated for endurance, strength, and flexibility at the beginning, and at the end of the program. Weight, measurements, and body fat will be measured also at beginning and end, as well as before and after photos, if desired. All of this information will be evaluated, and the results will serve as a baseline to help us better formulate and meet your goals.
